General Terms

Only persons who are at least 21 years old and have a B category driving license for at least 2 years can rent vehicles from Master Rent a Car. Providing personal documents (ID or passport and driving license) for verification is required. The renter must sign the contract, confirming agreement with the tariff, deposit, and return time. By signing, the renter agrees with all rights and obligations.

Car Rental Price

Rental price depends on the car model. Daily rental fee includes taxes, basic insurance, and unlimited mileage, unless stated otherwise. Daily rental is 24h from pickup, with 1-hour grace period. Prices are in EUR, payment in dinars at Intesa Bank rate. Payment upon pickup by cash or card (VISA, MASTER, AMEX).

Deposit

Deposit is mandatory and depends on car model. Minimum 200 EUR, 500 EUR for drivers under 25. Returning customers may have reduced or waived deposit.

Insurance

Basic insurance is included. Full insurance available. Damages due to negligence are not covered. With full insurance and police report, no liability.

Leaving Serbia

Leaving Serbia with our vehicle requires approval and 40 EUR fee (includes green card). Notify us in advance.

Working Hours

Belgrade Airport "Nikola Tesla" branch operates 08-22h. Pre-arranged 1 hour before/after is free; unannounced incurs 15 EUR per hour.

Alternative Vehicle

If the desired vehicle is unavailable, a car of the same or higher class may be provided under the same conditions.

Driving Restrictions

Driving under influence of alcohol, drugs, or psychoactive substances is prohibited. Only authorized drivers may operate the vehicle. Renter bears full responsibility for damage if unauthorized person drives.

Rental Duration

Minimum rental is 1 day (24h). Return tolerance 120 minutes. Exceeding is considered an additional day.
